These terms govern your use of gambitmax.com and any products or services purchased from GambitMax, operated by NextGen Media (“we”, “us”). By using the site or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.
Products & licence
Digital products are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell, share or redistribute them.
Purchases
Payments are processed by Payhip. Prices are shown in US dollars. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
Included coaching
The First Move is sold as a course-only option and as a Course + Coaching option. The Course + Coaching option includes eight private coaching calls of 15 minutes each, one per week for eight weeks. Coaching is personal to the purchaser and is not transferable. Calls are booked through a private link provided after purchase verification.
- The eight-week period begins on the date of the first call, which should be booked within 14 days of purchase.
- Calls may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, within the same week where possible.
- A call missed without at least 24 hours’ notice counts as used and is not carried over.
- Included coaching ends after eight weeks or eight calls, whichever comes first. Unused calls do not carry over.
Course access
The course is delivered as a downloadable PDF. Once purchased, it’s yours to keep. We recommend saving a copy as soon as you download it.
Refunds
Course + Coaching: a 75% refund is available on request before your second coaching call; no refund is available once the second call has taken place. Course only: all sales are final and no refunds are available. See our Refund Policy for details.
No guarantee of results
Our content is educational. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, and we make no guarantee of any specific dating or personal result. Nothing on this site is medical, dental, surgical, psychological or legal advice. Always consult a qualified, licensed professional before any treatment.
Conduct
Everything we teach assumes respect for other people’s boundaries and consent. Using our material to harass, pressure or deceive anyone is contrary to these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GambitMax and NextGen Media are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the website, the course or coaching. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. You are responsible for your own decisions and actions.
